Alabama, USC, Oregon, Ohio State and Penn State have made the cut for the 6'3", 260-pound defensive end who is ranked as the No. 4 weak side defensive end and No. 3 recruit in the state of Ohio according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Smith also has over 35 offers including some from Notre Dame, Florida, Georgia, Louisville, LSU, Michigan State, Michigan and Tennessee as well as quite a few others. The 247Sports crystal ball has 13 predictions made with 11 of them going to Ohio State and the other two going to Penn State.
