Four-star OL Tommy Brown has made his commitment, and the big-time offensive lineman is headed to Tuscaloosa to play for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Brown is the first offensive lineman the Crimson Tide have landed in the class of 2018.
Alabama has been the favorite for Brown from the start, as his father was an athlete at the school in the 1980s, which likely played a role in his son choosing to play for Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.
He was offered by Saban and Alabama in June, which was a big deal for Brown for obvious reasons.
“It is a dream offer,” Brown told BamaOnLine last month. “It’s been one I’ve grown up watching, and it’s always been a goal to get that Alabama offer.”
Brown is the No. 12 overall offensive lineman in the class of 2018, per 247sports.
