The Undertaker has been rumored to be closer and closer toward retirement, but the latest indications are he’s preparing for at least one more big run.

According to the Wrestling Observer, current plans have the Undertaker set to matchup with current WWE champion A.J. Styles at the Royal Rumble in the Alamodome.

Talks are reportedly in their early stages though, as Taker is still recovering from hip surgery.

If Taker is truly close to retiring, it certainly makes sense to give him one last run.

And what would break the internet more than Undertaker winning the belt, then losing to John Cena at WrestleMania? That’s just simply connecting the dots, but it would be peak WWE to end the Deadman’s career in such a stunning fashion.
