Jim Irsay, owner of the Indianapolis Colts, had a bit of a Twitter mishap late Wednesday night when his account sent out the following Tweet:

This image has obviously been censored due to its graphic nature, but his account deleted the tweet just 12 minutes later, per NY Daily News.

Back in mid-June, Irsay tweeted that he had been hacked, so maybe it’s just another unfortunate mishap:

Irsay became the youngest NFL owner when he took over for the Colts at age 37. He’s seen Indianapolis go to two Super Bowls under his reign, winning one.
