At least 13 dead in reported terror attack outside soccer stadium

Police were believed to be the target.

At least 13 are dead and many other injured after Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said he thought a car bomb went off following a soccer match in Istanbul, Turkey, per BBC.

According to Deadspin, the alleged attack reportedly happened near a police bus near the front of the stadium about two hours after the match had concluded.
