With top ranked Alabama getting ready to take on the sixth ranked Texas A&M Aggies this Saturday, the Tide have opened as 17 point favorites, a remarkable number for a matchup of top ten teams. Aggies players aren’t very happy with what they perceive as a lack of respect and they have chosen to take those emotions and use them for motivation.

“It’s something that’s known, but it’s nothing that we sit here and discuss,” Aggies star wide receiver Christian Kirk told reporters in College Station on Tuesday. “We all see it. We’re all aware of it. It adds fuel to your fire. It adds a chip on your shoulder. It gives you more of a reason to go out there and play harder on Saturday because, still, we sit here 6-0 and we’re ranked sixth in the country, but no one’s giving us respect, and we know that.”

Some in the media are calling Texas A&M Alabama’s greatest test this season, but others aren’t buying it and believe Alabama will roll. Regardless Saturday’s game will have huge playoff implications and will most likely decide the SEC West.
