Despite push from hometown team, four-star WR Mark Webb is headed out of state

So the signings begin.

Four-star wide receiver Mark Webb Jr. was getting a late push from his hometown Penn State Nittany Lions, but decided to stick with the school he's been committed to since September. Scout is reporting that he is sticking with Georgia and will give coach Kirby Smart the No. 22 receiver in the class and No. 6 recruit in the state of Pennsylvania according to 247Sports.

The 6'2", 195-pound receiver should give Jacob Eason yet another solid target to throw to this year and could see some immediate playing time. 247's crystal ball gave Penn State a 14 percent chance of landing Webb and he had 20 other offers on the table including Alabama, Maryland and Miami to name a few.
