It's official -- football is returning to Los Angeles

With a 30-2 vote, the St. Louis Rams are no more. The Rams are relocating to Los Angeles, with an option for the Chargers to bounce from San Diego to join them.

Rams to LA, with Chargers getting first crack through Jan 16, 2017, then Raiders have preference, per sources.

There is, however, incentive for the Oakland Raiders and Chargers to stay put:
