College recruit is going to let a bowl game decide where he plays next season

That's certainly a new way of doing it.

Miami and West Virginia are no longer playing for just pride in the Russell Athletic Bowl on December 28th. The two schools are playing for the right to sign a recruit out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Talk about a bowl game taking on real meaning. I don't think we've ever seen a recruit ever leave his decision up to a postseason game to make the ultimate choice for him. Harley is a three-star receiver who is the No. 47 recruit in the state of Florida. He also considered Missouri, Kentucky and South Carolina among others before settling on his final two.
