Michael Irvin thinks the Lombardi Trophy should be renamed if this happens

Just another notch in the coach's belt.

Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots will take on the Houston Texans at home Thursday night with their third-string quarterback, rookie Jacoby Brissett slated to take the starter's snaps.

If Belichick and Co. can do the unthinkable and knock off the Texans despite being severely understaffed, Michael Irvin thinks it would be time to rename the Lombardi Trophy the Belichick Trophy:

That would be another notch in the belt for one of the greatest coaches to take the field in the NFL.

Lombardi famously won three consecutive Super Bowls, including five in seven years. Belichick has won four of six Super Bowls as a head coach, and he's won two as an assistant.
