Not the best start to the day,

Ed Orgeron and the LSU Tigers haven't had the best start to National Signing Day.

No. 1 junior college receiver Stephen Guidry announced he needs to spend another semester at Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi, and he won't be signing with LSU. Guidry committed to LSU on Dec. 16, but he announced he would be staying in community college on Twitter.

Guidry is a four-star receiver, and he is the No. 2 junior college player from Louisiana. He said in his tweet that he expects to graduate in December, so he will be in next year's recruiting class. Of course, that gives other schools a chance to recruit to Guidry before next year's recruiting cycle.

Losing Guidry is a big blow for LSU's 2017 recruiting class. The Tigers currently have the No. 6 class, according to 247Sports.
