Linsanity has definitely dropped off since Jeremy Lin was with the Knicks in 2012, but it dropped completely off the face of the Earth with this play.
In a preseason game against the Detroit Pistons Thursday night, Lin embarrassed himself and the Brooklyn Nets by airballing a finger roll from point blank range on a fastbreak.
Quite the contrast from the days when he was lighting up in New York.
The colossal miss wasn’t indicative of his night, though. He led all scores with 21 points on 7-of-11 shooting in a 101-94 victory over the Pistons.
