We can knock off one terrible choice from the LSU coaching search

This is definitely the right call in this situation.

LSU will be searching for a coach pretty much the rest of the year into next January until other schools finish off their season. The Tigers boosters and athletic department apparently won't even give former Baylor coach Art Briles a look at all.

It was initially reported that Briles was one of two candidates —- along with Houston's Tom Herman —- that were going to be considered for the job. ESPN Radio host Ian Fitzsimmons had a text chat with one LSU booster and found out some crucial information about the coaching hunt.

I don't know about Miles lacking discipline, but if you're an LSU fan you definitely don't want what Briles is selling. He still hasn't fully apologized for allowing a full blown sexual assault scandal to take hold of his football program and seems to think that he is entitled to a job despite all that.
