Well you would expect these teams to drop, but the AP Poll dropped all three of these guys hard… and in unison.

Nebraska, Florida, and Baylor all fell 12 spots in this week’s AP Poll. Nebraska suffered a 62-3 loss to Ohio State, Florida dropped 31-10 at Arkansas, and Baylor got creamed by TCU 62-22 at home. Those teams were ranked Nos. 9, 10, and 13 last week, but now they are in the same order at Nos. 21, 22, and 25.

Nebraska and Florida still had decent hopes at making the College Football Playoff, but those have likely been crushed solidly judging by the AP reaction.

One team that hasn’t been crushed yet? Texas A&M. Despite an embarrassing loss to Mississippi State on Saturday, A&M is still somewhat alive in the AP Poll; they currently rank No. 10 in the poll, dropping only three spots after the 35-28 defeat in Starkville.
