That's because this bad-ass great white shark comes out of nowhere, trying to tear down their boat in a likely effort to secure a more tasty treat.
The attack happened of near Frenchman Island in New Zealand, Feb. 20.
They're lucky the shark wasn't too interested in human flesh that day, as after a few moments of circling their boat, he decided it wasn't worth it and swam away. Sharks are either not very persistent, or very patient. I don't think anyone wants to find out which.
