Tennessee just unveiled some new uniforms for this past season thanks to that sweet new Nike deal. The Volunteers had some pretty cool uniforms with the "smoky grey" look and the redesigned white unis. It looks like NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace might have given the Vols some inspiration for another helmet design with one of his own.

Wallace is clearly a huge Tennessee fan and that checkerboard on his helmet might be the next great Vols helmet football design. Maybe he can rock that helmet for the first game of the season when the Volunteers head to Bristol to face Virginia Tech at Bristol Motor Speedway.
