Steph Curry is out two weeks and the playoffs just got weird

This was not the news the Warriors wanted.

Steph Curry had been held out of Game 3 against the Houston Rockets in their first round playoff series because of an ankle injury. The Warriors lost the game and decided they needed Curry in Game 4. Well, he didn't play very well in the little time he could play in the fourth game as he finished with six points on 2-of-9 shooting and five turnovers.

He left the game early because of this nasty slip he had on what looked like a wet spot on the floor.

He was evaluated in the locker room and didn't play all of the second half. The Warriors still pulled out a 121-94 win, but it looks like they lost the league MVP in the process.

The Warriors should still be able to take care of the Rockets, but might find themselves in a fist fight with the Clippers or Trail Blazers (depending on who wins that series). Steve Kerr and his staff will have to get creative in how they attack the next series, but two weeks without Curry is not going to be fun.
