Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Reggie Rucker is facing assault charges stemming from a confrontation at a Cleveland-area golf course.

Rucker, 68, allegedly grabbed Timothy Urbancic by the throat and pushed him while playing at Highland Park Golf Course in Highland Hills, according to a Highland Hills Police Department report.
According to the report, he also threatened to shoot Urbancic.
The confrontation between the two occurred when Rucker confronted Urbancic about he and his group playing their music too loud.
Rucker, out on bond, is still in hot water from a previous scandal and is awaiting sentencing for embezzling money from his non-violence nonprofits.
