Those teams: Florida, Clemson, Tennessee, and South Florida.
Carter has over 30 offers, so narrowing it down to just four is a big step in his recruiting process. 247Sports currently favors Carter to stay in state and go to Florida, which would make his the Gators' highest rated recruit for the 2017 class.
