That was the case for Florida coach Jim McElwain as his star receiver Antonio Callaway was suspended for an incident in early December. The schools claims that he violated the Student Code of Conduct, but Callaway's attorney says the allegations have no merit and the investigation should have ended already.

McElwain said that the ace receiver is not registered for early-summer team activities, and that the situation is "being handled," according to the Orlando Sentinel's Edgar Thompson. Callaway was Florida's top receiver last year hauling in 35 catches for 678 yards and four touchdowns as well as two punt return touchdowns.
