Jeremiah Tilmon is the top recruit in the state of Illinois and he's got the Illini on his list of top six schools for 2017. Tilmon is the No. 8 power forward in the class according to 247Sports who also has him ranked as a five-star recruit. He's the No. 23 player in the class and he told ESPN who he favors right now heading into the summer.

Tilmon is a 6'10", 220 pound power forward out of the La Lumiere School in East Saint Louis, Illinois. 247Sports has him leaning 50/50 towards UNC and his hometown Illinois.
