These schools have the most arrests in 2016, and football hasn't even started yet

They're getting arrested at an alarming rate.

Football is still more than a month away, and the University of Georgia is already leading the country — in arrests.

According to arrestnation.com, Georgia already has six arrests.

Illinois and Wyoming are tied for second with five arrests each.

Rounding out the top three with four arrests, respectively, are Auburn, Colorado, Miami and North Dakota.

Other notables:

Texas A&M and Alabama each have two arrests. Clemson, Florida State, Florida, Michigan and Tennessee each have one arrest.

Last year, Florida led the country with 11 arrests. Surprisingly, only halfway through the year, Georgia has already eclipsed its total for 2015 (5).
