According to the Crystal Ball over at 247Sports, Texas A&M had a 60-percent chance to land four-star cornerback Terrell Bailey. Well, Bailey announced his commitment on Thursday, and it wasn't to the Aggies; instead, it went to the Tennessee Volunteers.

Bailey (6-foot-0, 175 pounds, Marrero, LA) is one of the top-rated commits in what is now a 25-commit class for Tennessee. After a long time of only having three-stars, the Vols have picked up several four-stars over the past couple of months.

According to 247, Bailey has yet to visit Tennessee, but apparently that didn't matter too much.
The 6-foot, 175-pound Bailey said he has "been wanting to play in the SEC since I was little," and the opportunity to play at a major SEC school was too tempting to pass up.
Tennessee has the No. 12 recruiting class in the nation, good enough for fifth in the SEC.
