I have been captaining the Lamar Jackson hype train for a while, but one ESPN writer might be trying to steal the controls.

In the weekly picks for the ACC, all four ESPN bloggers predicted Louisville to beat Marshall. That's not absurd; that's actually spot on with what should be happening.
However, ESPN's David Hale took it a little further than just a Louisville win. Hale is currently predicting Louisville to get the win... with a 106-3 score.
This prediction begs the question: why 106? 15 touchdowns and 15 extra points would be 105 points, so does Louisville get greedy and add a two-point conversion in there at some point? It would honestly be hilarious if that happened.
Among major college football teams, we haven't seen a 100 point game since Houston beat Tulsa 100-6 back in 1968. In recent years, the highest scoring output by one FBS team is Oklahoma putting a 84-0 drubbing on Savannah State a few years ago.
I don't think Louisville is going to score 100 points, as they will let off the gas quickly in a blowout since they have Clemson next week. However, if one player in college football could lead to a team to 100 points in a game this year, it's Lmar Jackson.
