In Sunday's 25-16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, the Jaguars were called for a penalty that hasn't been called in 18 years. Kicker Jason Myers was flagged for a delay of game penalty at the start of the game, which hasn't happened since a 1998 game between the Denver Broncos and the Cincinnati Bengals.
The penalty is so rare, many fans didn't even know it existed until Sunday's game.
The Jags fell to 2-11 with the loss, and they are the only team in the AFC South who has been eliminated from playoff contention. Coach Gus Bradley could be the next coach to lose his job after Jeff Fisher.
