The Auburn starter only played the first half of the Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma, and it was later reported that White had suffered a broken arm. However, the injury apparently didn't stop White, as it reportedly occurred on the first possession of the game.

If true, that means White played three more possessions in the first half before finally being relieved for backup John Franklin III just prior to halftime.
White has been battling injuries for his two years at Auburn, which included the final three regular season games of this year. It makes sense that after all he's gone through injury-wise that he would try to keep going in a game as big as the Sugar Bowl.
