It looks like former Tennesseee commit C.J. Cotman (5-foot-11, 180 pounds, Clearwater, Fla.) has found a new school.

On Thursday, the four-star athlete announced that he would be the newest member of the 2017 North Carolina recruiting class.
This is a big commitment for the Tar Heels and yet another four-star that they can tout for their recruiting class. North Carolina now has 17 commitments in their 2017 class, and they current rank 22nd over in 247sports' recruiting rankings.
