Tennessee’s Joshua Dobbs receives horrible NFL Draft news

Josh Dobbs may need to switch positions if he wants a career in the NFL

Josh Dobbs' myriad of accomplishments at Tennessee won't help him become a successful quarterback in the NFL, according to Bleacher Report draft writer Matt Miller.

In Miller's opinion, Dobb's will need vast improvements to even be considered a viable option at the next level:

Dobbs will live on in the annals of Tennessee football history for a long list of accomplishments. Most career rushing yards by a quarterback (2,160), most career rushing touchdowns by a QB (32), single season rushing yards by a QB (831), and most single season rushing TDs by a QB (12) are just some of his many records.

Dobbs was also a winner, leading the Vols to a 22-9 record as a starter. But he's only being projected as a potential sixth or seventh round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.

Unfortunately, that means a position change to wide receiver, a la Terelle Pryor of the Cleveland Browns or Braxton Miller of the Houston Texans may be in order.
