ESPN jumps on the bandwagon by listing ‘legit’ national champion sleeper

Quite the sleeper here!

We have officially reached peak offseason as many mock drafts are being made as are way-too-early rankings. Sprinkled in among those are the "title sleeper" picks and it looks like ESPN has joined in on the action. College football writer K.C. Joyner says the Bulldogs are a legitimate national title "sleeper" team.

From ESPN:

Georgia might be the only SEC East team that can match up to Alabama in terms of raw talent. If the Bulldogs can use that talent to run the table against a possibly favorable regular-season schedule — or at the worst, have only one loss heading into the SEC championship game — they will be in a very good position to claim one of the four CFP roster slots.

He makes a good point, but Georgia was supposed to have more talent than the rest of the SEC East the last couple years and hasn't been able to get past the likes of Florida and Tennessee consistently. However, with quarterback Jacob Eason getting some more weapons to use will certainly help and the SEC East being a generally weak division doesn't hurt either.
