Justino, 31, was under a cloud for using an illegal substance. But, she was granted a retroactive exemption because her doctor said she needed to substance to treat a medical condition.
"Upon notice of her positive test, Justino immediately identified a medication prescribed by her physician for the treatment of a common endocrine disorder as the source of the prohibited substance detected in her sample. She also participated in multiple interviews with USADA's investigative team and consented to USADA interviewing her physician as well." the United States Anti-Doping Agency wrote on a state Friday, as it appeared on Fox Sports.

Now, this means Justino's provisional suspension has been lifted. She could battle the new UFC women's featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie, who recently took the belt in a controversial win over Holly Holm. When the fight happens depends on whether de Randamie need hand surgery to repair a damaged ligament.
This is great news for UFC fans.
