Four-star Ricky Slade (5-foot-9, 195 pounds, Woodbridge, Va.) is rated as the No. 1 all-purpose back in the nation by the 247Sports Composite, and he has been committed to Penn State since the beginning of February. On Monday, though, Slade re-affirmed his pledge to the Nittany Lions, announcing that he is "110-percent" committed.

Slade has actually fallen a bit in the recruiting rankings since his commitment, as he was a five-star just a few weeks ago. However, he is still one of the top recruits in the country and it looks like he's hoping to keep Penn State at the top of the recruiting rankings; Penn State is currently ranked No. 1 in the rankings at 247Sports over Miami and Notre Dame.
