After agreeing to a plea deal in an assault case from 2016, Manziel was required to undergo counseling and have his conduct monitored by prosecutors for up to a year. If he was successful, prosecutors would drop the misdemeanor charge stemming from an altercation with his former girlfriend, per USA Today. If he fails, he could face up to a year in jail.

Manziel has been working his comeback since January, but it's not a great look that less than three months after inking a plea deal, he's already back in court.
Hopefully Manziel is getting the help he needs.
