Here’s the video that reportedly shows a man leaving the Super Bowl with Tom Brady’s jersey

The alleged thief resigned from his newspaper position last week.

Jay Glazer joined Colin Cowherd on Fox Sports and showed a video that purportedly shows a man making his way into the New England Patriots locker room and then leaving with an item under an arm - Tom Brady's jersey.

Glazer said the 46-minute video has been condensed to two, and he pointed out several highlights. In short, Brady handed the jersey after Super Bowl LI to a team employee, who took it the locker room. The man, a member of the media Fox identified as Mauricio Ortega from Mexico - entered the locker room well before any other journalists, and he left with Brady's jersey under his arm.

Ortega is a former executive at La Prensa in Mexico City, and he resigned last week, according to a report in USA Today. La Prensa issued a statement (translated from Spanish by USA Today) saying Ortega took advantage of his role at the newspaper to obtain the Super Bowl credentials, and called his alleged transgression "unfortunate and reproachable."

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Ortega and Brady took a photo together back in 2005. The same report shows Ortega with a number of NFL players.
