Five-star center Brandon McCoy makes surprising commitment to non-contender

That is a heck of a recruiting job.

The 6'11", 244-pound center is ranked as the No. 4 at his position and No. 15 overall player in the class by ESPN. McCoy easily becomes the highest rated member of the Runnin' Rebels' class as no one is rated above two stars for them. He will likely be a one-and-done considering UNLV does not exactly jump off the page as far as having a history goes and making the tournament consistently.
