Waddle's list may be down to 12 schools, but where the four star ultimately ends up is still very much in play as of this writing.
247sports Crystal Ball prediction has Texas in the lead at 46 percent, but they do give Florida State a 23 percent chance, Oregon a 15 percent chance, and Oklahoma an 8 percent chance.
Waddle is listed as the No. 19 WR overall and the No. 12 WR in the state of Texas.
