ESPN's Mike & Mike just gave the utmost compliment to Nick Saban

Hard to get better than this.

It really doesn't get much better than this.

Alabama head coach Nick Saban was on ESPN on Wednesday, and that included an appearance on the Mike & Mike radio show with Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic. After the interview was over, Greenberg made a blunt statement on how he felt about Saban and the Alabama program.

Via Saturday Down South:

"Nick Saban is the best coach in college football history, and Alabama is the greatest program in college football history," Greenberg said.

It's hard to give a better compliment than that, and at this point, it's getting harder and harder to argue against Nick Saban being the greatest of all time. Saban already has five national titles in his career, and his Alabama teams should be a contender for as long as he is still their head coach. At 65, Saban probably has several good years of coaching remaining, and it's not unfathomable to think that he could add another two or three national titles to his resume.

Alabama will start off in a good spot in 2017 to try and win their next national title; the Crimson Tide are a near consensus pick — see above, Saban might be the only one who doesn't agree — to start off the season as the preseason No. 1 team in the nation.
