It looks like the Cavs-Celtics blockbuster is now complete. Boston will include an additional pick, a second rounder, as per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Cleveland and Boston engaged in further haggling when the Cavs were concerned about the medicals of guard Isaiah Thomas, who is recovering from a hip injury. Cleveland wanted to acquire more of Boston's top young prospects such as Jaylen Brown or No. 3 overall pick Jayson Tatum or a future first-round draft pick as a result, but Boston wouldn't budge.

As it stands, Boston will reportedly ship Thomas, Ante Zizic, Jae Crowder, the 2018 Brooklyn Nets pick, and the second rounder, in exchange for Irving.
