ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit critiqued Tennessee coach Butch Jones during College GameDay's live broadcast from Blacksburg, Virginia on Saturday.

Herbstreit said Jones needs to alter his "timeout Dad"- like mentality for Tennessee to find similar success to Alabama.
"When you get around the Tennessee program right now, you see individual talent," Herbstreit said."(Butch) has recruited at a high level. But I see individual pieces. I don't see a 'I've got your back' mentality week in and week out and it has to start with him. I kind of equate him sometimes to being a timeout Dad and I think he needs to be more of a ironfist. A guy that says, 'What did you say? You're not following our rules, you're gone.'"
Tennessee enters Saturday's game against Georgia as an 8-point home underdog. Many Vol fans have grown weary of Jones' antics and he could be coaching for his job in Week 5.
