Arkansas has not had a lot of luck when it comes to linemen in the offseason as they lost Zach Rogers to a career change and now they are losing two more players. The first is redshirt freshman lineman Jake Heinrich who announced via Twitter that he is retiring from the game due to several injuries.

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound guard out of Iowa will get the chance to finish his degree with Arkansas and keep his scholarship. He redshirted his freshman year in 2016 and was unable to play this year because of injuries. He was a four-star recruit in the 2016 class according to 247Sports.
The second loss is rising senior Joshua Harris who announced via Instagram that he will be transferring out of the program after he receives his degree.
Harris is a rising senior and did not record any stats this year. He had eight tackles in 2016 and had another eight tackles in 2015 to go along with a forced fumble and a tackle for loss.
