Kevin Sumlin nabs a major graduate transfer from within the conference

That's a good start for Kevin Sumlin.

Former California punter Dylan Klumph has made a pretty odd and rare decision for someone at his position. He has been the starting punter for California the past two years after transferring in from a JUCO school. Now, he will head to a Pac-12 rival in Arizona and make Kevin Sumlin quite a happy coach.

He averaged 43.9 yards per punt the past two years and is the school's all-time leading according to his official Cal biography. This past season, he averaged 43 yards on his 46 punts and of his 96 career punts, 29 were placed inside of the 20-yard line and just six went into the end zone for touchbacks.
