During the Colorado Buffaloes' 27-24 win over the Arizona Sun Devils on Saturday, Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders threw a Sun Devil's mouthpiece into the stands after scoring a touchdown.

The incident happened after Sanders' 16-yard run in the second quarter to tie the game 14-14. As you can see in the clip above, Sanders got into it with Sun Devils safety Shamari Simmons, a senior transfer from Austin Peay.

The response online to the clip above has been mixed, to say the least.

"NFL scouts are loving this I'm sure," one user wrote.

"No gloves is crazy," another wrote, referencing Sanders grabbing the mouthpiece — which goes, well, into the player's mouth — without any gloves on his hand.

"Not sure if that is good or bad," another X user wrote.

Simmons played 72 snaps in the game — 22 on run defense and 50 in coverage, according to Pro Football Focus. He was targeted just one time, didn't allow a catch, and had one pass breakup. He also added two tackles.

In the fourth quarter, Sanders led a drive for a touchdown to go up 21-17. Then, the Buffaloes kicked a 42-yard field goal to go up 24-17. The Sun Devils answered with a 15-yard touchdown from quarterback Trenton Bourguet to Troy Omeire.

Sanders finished the game completing 26 of 42 passes for 239 yards and two total touchdowns. He led the game-winning drive that ended with a 43-yard field goal from Alejandro Mata with 12 seconds to go.

"He always does this," coach Deion Sanders said. "You've seen this every darn week. This ain't new to you. You've seen this every week. You see him do this every week. It's like we're waiting on him to put on his cape and do what he does. That's what he does every week. You guys should be accustomed to it by now."

The Buffaloes will take on the Stanford Cardinal in Week 7.
