In September, it came to light that DeSanto Rollins, a former Ole Miss player who was kicked off the team after needing a "mental health break," was suing Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss, and now, audio of the interaction between Kiffin and Rollins has surfaced.

As Front Office Sports mentions, Ole Miss and Kiffin have motioned to dismiss the $40 million lawsuit.
"If you would've come here when you kept getting messages the head coach wants to talk to you, and you saying I'm not ready to talk to him," Kiffin says.
"I wasn't," Rollins says very low.
"Well, what f-in world do you live in?," Kiffin shouts.
"I don't see why you have to be disrespectful, honestly," Rollins responds
"Get out of here. Go. You're off the team. You're done. See ya. See ya," Kiffin says.
"Because I'm," Rollins begins saying but is interrupted.
Toward the end of the audio, Kiffin says much more.
"See ya. Go," Kiffin says. "Go. And guess what? We can kick you off the team. Go read your f-in rights about mental health. We can kick you off the team for not showing up. When the head coach asks to meet with you, and you don't show up for weeks. Ok, we can remove you from the team. It's called being a football player. It's called hiding behind (expletive deleted) and not showing up to work."
The audio Front Office Sports obtained was released just one day after the motion for dismissal of the lawsuit was filed.
The suit was filed because the school and Kiffin failed to "provide equal protection, racial and sexual discrimination, and multiple other allegations," ESPN reports.
Following the lawsuit, Ole Miss released a statement.
"We have not received a lawsuit," Ole Miss wrote in a statement issued through a school spokesman Thursday night. "DeSanto was never removed from the football team and remains on scholarship. In addition, he continues to have the opportunity to receive all of the resources and advantages that are afforded a student-athlete at the university."
Kiffin hasn't commented at all on the matter.
Ole Miss takes on the Georgia Bulldogs in Week 11 of the 2023 college football season in Athens.
