Nothing signifies an NFL offseason these days like veteran receiver Odell Beckham Jr. landing with a new team. And guess what? If that's the case, it's officially the NFL offseason.

That's because Beckham intends to sign with the Miami Dolphins, per a report from NFL Media.
Of course, Beckham's name is much more notable than his game anymore. But that's not entirely his fault, given his knee issues.
His reported deal with the Dolphins is valued at up to $8.25 million — marking his fourth team in four seasons.

Beckham, 31, arrives in Miami following a stint with the Baltimore Ravens last season. His NFL journey began with the New York Giants in 2014, where he quickly emerged as a standout talent. Despite enduring injury setbacks, including ACL tears in both knees, Beckham's impact on the field has remained solid, if not spectacular.
Overall, Beckham has played nine seasons, compiling 566 receptions for 7,932 yards and 59 touchdowns. If nothing else, he will add a seasoned veteran to the Dolphins and a guy who should fit in well as a third or fourth receiver for quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
Per ESPN, Beckham and the Dolphins met in March, with the idea that Beckham could sign there.
"We always look at opportunities and work through it," Dolphins GM Chris Grier said at the time. "We're always looking to add to the roster and have the most competitive roster we can to make the team better, as we've always talked, competition is what breeds excellence. For us, we'll keep looking like we've said post-draft like we've done here in the past. We'll keep looking and talking to people and see what happens."
