Cowboys’ Ceedee Lamb, Dak Prescott Have Heated Exchange During Ravens Blowout

After losing their home opener last weekend, the Dallas Cowboys came into Week 3 looking to redeem themselves against the Baltimore Ravens. After only producing 19 points last weekend, fans were looking to see a bit more from Cowboys' quarterback Dak Prescott and the offense.

But it was quite the opposite for the Cowboys in their bout with the Ravens. They scored just three points in the first half and the fans were showering them with a chorus of boos.

That frustration trickled down to the Cowboys players. Star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb was seen yelling at Prescott just before the second half was over.

Lamb and Prescott both signed lucrative long-term extensions this summer. With them both being cornerstone pieces for the future, the altercation is something worth keeping an eye on.

Micah Parsons Sends Strong Message Before Marquee Matchup

The Cowboys had a lot to prove this week after getting trounced by the New Orleans Saints 44-19 in their home opener last week. While Dak Prescott and the Cowboys offense certainly had their issues it was Dallas' poor defense that stuck out like a sore thumb.

Cowboy All-Pro pass rusher Micah Parsons believes that their lackluster showing at home last week was more of an "effort," issue than anything else.

"I think it was effort and technique. .... At some point, all 11 [on the field] got to have the same mindset, and that's just toughness," Parsons told reporters this week.

The Cowboys are a team that has never been short of playmakers. In fact, one could argue they have the most star-studded roster in the NFL. In 2023 they had more All-Pro selections than anyone else. Parsons talked about the need for a team effort to have a chance at defeating the Ravens.

"You talk about who you want to be and all this other stuff. But you've got to go out there and be it. It can't just be one guy. It can't be two guys. It's all 11 guys. It takes everyone," he added.

"I affect the linebackers, the linebackers affect the DBs. We aren't all synchronized.  One group's getting F'd up, then another group's going to get F'd up. It's a synchronized chain. So at the end of the day, it's all about toughness and having the mentality that I'm going to dominate the man in front of me. Not all 11 had that last week."
