NBA Player R.J. Hampton Admits To Leaving Bruises On The Mother Of His Child In A Recorded Video

R.J. Hampton, a first-round pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, admitted on video to leaving bruises on the mother of his son, while telling her to "shut the f*** up" about the situation.

The woman, who is the alleged victim is Tiffany Jeffcoat, a social media personality, so she documented the whole ordeal, which seemingly showed the 23-year-old NBA player arguing with her.

That is, in the recorded video, Tiffany was meeting Hampton at an Oklahoma hotel, where she pointed out that her and their 13-month-old son had just traveled 11 hours.

Later on, Hampton and Tiffany were discussing a trip she had recently taken to Miami, where Jeffcoat's mom had apparently taken care of their son.

As Tiffany noted, "My mom is more of a parent to him than you have ever been."

Then Hampton's response was pretty alarming, "I don't care if your mom is dead or alive."

In a separate video, Tiffany talked about how that same day, Hampton took their son.

"R.J. literally snatched [our son] off the ground, walked out, hopped in the car and left."

Even though no update was provided, everyone appears to be safe, as Tiffany posted on Instagram Tuesday.

"Thank you to everyone who reached out," read a captioned IG story picture of their son sleeping.

As for any consequences that Hampton may be facing as a result of alleged misconduct, the team he is currently playing for, the Delaware Blue Coats (Philadelphia 76ers G-League affiliate), told TMZ Sports that they also saw the footage and will be looking further into this.

In view of his NBA playing career, after being drafted with the No. 24 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, Hampton has appeared in 170 games with four different teams (Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic, Detroit Pistons, and Miami Heat), averaging 6.8 points (40.8% FG; 33.8% 3PT), 2.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists.
