Fans go Scorched Earth on Cris Collinsworth

The Cincinnati Bengals took on the New York Giants for the Week 7 Sunday Finale. And as usual, fans were displeased with Collinsworth. They voiced their displeasure for the Sunday Night Football analyst on social media.

"Sunday Night Football, Bengals vs Giants.  Here's my advice, listen to it on the radio so you won't be tortured by Cris Collinsworth vocally having an on-air orgasm over Joe Burrow," one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"If you're betting on this SNF game, just know the Giants play exceptionally awful almost every time Cris Collinsworth commentates. So, bet accordingly," another fan noted.

Joe Burrow Gets Honest on State of The Bengals

The Cincinnati Bengals came into this season with a much higher upside than the Giants. Their starting quarterback Joe Burrow is finally healthy. And despite not having a new deal their standout wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase finally showed up to training camp. But despite having a myriad of offensive weapons at their disposal, the Bengals have underperformed. They currently have a 1-4 record and are in last place in the AFC North division.

Following their loss to the Ravens in Week 5, Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow said the main thing the team needs to focus on is finding ways to win.

"I'm sick to my stomach for our guys in there. They fought. I'm proud of them, but we've got to find a way to win. We can't keep coming up one play short, and that's really what the game came down to. There was a lot that I admired about how our team fought," Burrow said.

"That was a good game against a great team, and we've got to find a way to rebound from this and move forward because I believe in the guys in that room. I know we're in a tough situation, but I believe we've got the guys to bring us out of it, so I'm excited to see them do that."
