Frankie Muniz is taking on a busy racing schedule in 2025 as he competes full-time in a national NASCAR series.

The actor-turned-racer announced Tuesday that he will move to the Craftsman Truck Series in 2025. He will join Reaume Brothers Racing to drive the No. 33 Ford F-150 full-time.

"I can't wait! I'm so excited to be full-time," Muniz said in a video from the Ford Performance Technical Center in Concord, North Carolina. "We're going to have so much fun next year."
Muniz, 38, pursued open-wheel racing in the mid-2000s. He was on a path to IndyCar before an injury sidelined him. He continued competing in the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Races but did not compete full-time again until the 2023 season.
Muniz made his move to stock car racing last season as he joined Rette Jones Racing for the full ARCA Menards Series schedule. He drove the No. 30 Ford while joining the Ford Performance family, and he finished fourth in the championship standings after posting one top-five finish and 11 top-10s.
Muniz remained a part of Ford Performance this season while only competing part-time. He made two ARCA starts — one with Rette Jones Racing and one with Reaume Brothers Racing. He also made his move to two of the national NASCAR series.
Muniz made two Xfinity Series starts for Joey Gase Motorsports but failed to finish both due to mechanical issues. A blown engine kept him out of the lineup at Portland International Speedway.
The foray into NASCAR has included two Truck Series starts so far with Reaume Brothers Racing. Muniz made his series debut in the No. 22 Ford at Nashville Superspeedway in June. He then returned at Kansas Speedway in September.
Muniz's third start will be this weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
"Frankie brings a very unique opportunity to our race team in both his relationship with Ford Performance and his identity away from the racetrack," team owner Josh Reaume said in June after setting Muniz's schedule.
"We are excited to expand our relationship with Ford and also leverage on Frankie's popularity to attract more partnerships and expand our racing schedule over time."
