Former Teammates Jordan Poole And Draymond Green Reignite Old Rivalry

During the Washington Wizards and Golden State Warriors game Monday night, there was no love lost between ex-teammates Jordan Poole and Draymond Green.

At the start of the game, Poole was guarding Green down in the post, and some pushing and shoving ensued.

After a foul was called, Poole stole a pass from Draymond and took it the other way for a fast break dunk.

For those who don't remember Green infamously was seen punching Poole during a practice in 2022.

Certainly the two haven't forgot each other.

Right before halftime, Poole hit a three and started pointing at Green. However, Stephen Curry helped the Warriors get the final jab by ending the first half on a buzzer beater.

To point out, both players continued to show dislike towards each other throughout the game.

Ultimately, the Warriors were able to hold on in the second half and defeat the Wizards 125-112.

In view of the two rivals, Poole had 24 points (8-for-20 FG) and contributed three steals and four blocks. On the other hand, Green had 18 points (5-for-7), 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Following the game Green spoke on Poole's improvement.

Both players will have a rematch when the Warriors host the Wizards on January 18.
