With this being one of the most anticipated matchups of the weekend, Texas Tech fans were in rare form. During the game, they began to throw tortillas, an age-old school tradition.

Colorado star Travis Hunter decided to have some fun with the fans, collecting one of the tortillas off the field and putting it in his pocket.

Media Pundit Has High Praise for Colorado
The Buffaloes came into this season looking to put the college football world on notice and they have done just that. As winner of 3 of their last four games, all of which have come against FBS schools, Colorado has earned this first AP-Top 25 ranking of the coach prime era, ranked 21st in the nation. Coming into this week ranked 20th in the nation, ESPN analyst Paul Finebaum had high praise for the Buffaloes, calling it one of the "greatest turnarounds," in the history of the sport.
"I believe Colorado has come around, though," Finebaum said.
"I mean, they have so many outstanding players. And really, whatever happens this season, it has been one of the remarkable turnarounds of all time, especially if they can find a way to get to the championship game in the Big 12."
However, even with how much Colorado has impressed this season, Finebaum warns that their game against the Red Raiders on the road this weekend is one that they should be wary of.
"This is a dangerous game," Finebaum added. "Remember, last week, this (Texas) Tech team beat Iowa State. And playing at Lubbock is a challenge."
The Buffaloes turnaround has been remarkable as it appears that they could be bowl-bound this season. But one has to wonder if the turnaround could be short-lived.
Colorado stars Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders are both considered to be among the favorites to win the Heisman Award. And with both players expected to enter the draft this spring, some wonder if, Sanders could be another potential domino that could fall if the opportunity to join a bigger program (*cough* Florida State) presented itself.
