Hill suffered a knee injury during Sunday's loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The veteran all-purpose player will undergo an MRI on Monday to confirm, but the expectation is that he will not suit up again this season.
The injury occurred when the 34-year-old Hill rushed on a designed quarterback sweep. He picked up the necessary yards to convert on fourth down but was injured when cornerback Cobie Durant dove in and collided with his knee.

The team staff had to transport Hill off the field on a cart as the fans in the Superdome chanted his name. The Saints' PR department then announced that the veteran was doubtful to return to the game.
Hill has dealt with injuries throughout this season. A bruised lung suffered against the Cowboys sent him to the hospital and kept him out against the Eagles in Week 3.
Hill returned to action against the Falcons in Week 4 but he fractured his ribs. He then missed three more games while recovering. The veteran has only appeared in eight games this season but has piled up 465 yards from scrimmage with six touchdowns.
Injuries have continued to affect the Saints, who fell to 4-8 on the season on Sunday. Hill is only the latest example.
Quarterback Derek Carr suffered an oblique injury against the Chiefs on Oct. 7. He missed games against the Buccaneers, Broncos, and Chargers. Wide receiver Chris Olave has been on Injured Reserve while recovering from a concussion. He is expected to return for Week 15.
The injuries continue with guard Justin Herron landing on Injured Reserve with a knee injury, wide receiver Rashid Shaheed landing on Injured Reserve with a torn meniscus, and center Erik McCoy spending time on Injured Reserve with a groin injury.
